OUR STORY

VetREACH's inception is deeply rooted in a personal journey, one that began with a transition from military to civilian life. Our founder, a college graduate and licensed Realtor with a major in Real Estate, faced significant challenges in entering the Real Estate industry despite an impressive academic and service background.

​The recurring theme in every job interview was the daunting question: “What experience do you have?” Despite being licensed since 2014 and holding a degree in Real Estate, the lack of 'real world' experience seemed to be a stumbling block. The founder's military service in the Navy, while instilling invaluable qualities like motivation and discipline, didn't translate easily into tangible experience in the eyes of potential employers.​

This experience of leaving interviews with a false sense of hope, only to never hear back, highlighted a pervasive issue. It was a classic 'Chicken and the Egg' scenario – you need experience to get a job, but you need a job to get experience. This conundrum was the catalyst that sparked the idea for VetREACH.​

VetREACH was thus launched to fill this very gap – to assist veterans who find themselves in similar situations. The program is designed to help bridge the divide for service members aspiring to make their mark in the Real Estate industry, regardless of whether they hold a degree. At VetREACH, we understand the unique challenges veterans face when transitioning to civilian careers, and we're committed to providing the tools, training, and support needed to turn these challenges into opportunities.​
